.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.25 Simple Syrup (to taste)
Sparkling Wine

Combine ingredients, shake with ice pour into tulip glass, fill with sparkling wine. Garnish with long lemon twist.

.5oz Aperol
.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashs Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing glass, shake and pour into cocktail shell (martini glass).

Garnish with orange twist.

Pour over ice and stir. No garnish. For best results, use a Vermouth de Chambery (Dolin is a good one).
